Service and staff friendliness and efficiency was impeccable. Rooms clean with tasteful decor and throughout the hotel. Alcohol and food is expensive in the hotel (Milan in general) but portions and measurements are very genorous, are always happy to supply complimentary snacks and nibbles! The sole reason for a 4 for facillities is would have liked a pool, but then probably not enough time with all the shops & sights!
Top Tip
Although this hotel is in a residential area, so not really any good restaurants nearby, the Lotto metro stop is a 1 minute walk and is on the red line which brings you to all the central stations you will need. Plus if visiting the San Siro Stadium is a direct stroll of 20 mins. The metro costs justs 1 euro each journey! also we got a bus from Malpensa airport straight to Lotto 1st stop 45 mins for 5 euros! If wanting to see the last supper you must book in advance, you can do this online but better once booked hotel to ask them to sort out for you, they then give you a code and you pay at arrival at the church, always happy to help!

Amazing hotel, great location (we were at a concert at the San Siro stadium), beautiful rooms, nice toiletries etc. Only downside 30 euros for a burger and fries in room service!!
Top Tip
We used the Malpensa express which is 30mins direct from the airport to Cadorna metro station (red line) then 10 mins from the hotel or 15mins to Milan downtown from there. 11 euros each, great deal.
